About Us
Finding Support & Inspiration in Every Turn
Many families often withdraw into isolation after their child’s diagnosis, but this can unintentionally limit the child’s opportunities to engage with their community.

To address this, we aim to foster a warm, inclusive community. Our vision is to create a space where families can connect, share resources, and build relationships with the broader community, all while celebrating the beauty of neurodiversity.

Director
Subhashini Subramaniyan
My journey began when my son was diagnosed with autism. Like many parents, I was searching for answers and a support system that truly understood our experiences. That search led me to connect with other mothers, and together, we created a community that has now grown into InspireAbilities.
My vision is rooted in a simple belief: every individual has the potential to thrive when given the right support and opportunities. I’m passionate about helping people discover their strengths and build skills that lead to purposeful, fulfilling lives.
Alongside my work with InspireAbilities, I also run an information technology company. This allows me to bring both heart and hands-on experience to the mission we’re building every day.
